In most cases orders are shipped from Bulgaria (EU).

Orders may be subject to import tax, depending on the location from which the order was placed. We advise checking this before the order to be placed.

We ship to the UK only if the value of the order exceeds 135 GBP (~ 165 EUR) keep in mind that you may pay import taxes. More info

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via BG Post   Priority mail.  We use Aftership service for the delivery update and notifications regarding your shipment.. (There are countries where the consignment cannot be traced.)

Some decks are sent through DPD network.

When you purchase an item on backorder we post the expected date when the item will be in stock. Your order will be shipped the same or next business day.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Shipping fees are based on mail weight,  We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them /see table below/.

 Paypal Guarantee: Get the item you ordered or get your money back. 

The amount is refunded after confirmation by the postal company that the product is not delivered.

Returns.

We accept returns 14 days after delivery.

You just must inform us for your intention to return the item(s).

The goods must be in the condition in which you received them.

The customer shall pay the costs of returning the goods.

If at the time of purchase you have taken advantage of our offer for free delivery for purchases over 109 EUR, аnd then you decide to return some of the purchases, and the purchase value is less than109 EUR.  You must pay the shipping cost.

In case of a refund for payment with Paypal - the payment fee paid for the original payment to Paypal is non-refundable. (due to changes in their refund policy)

Will be refunded the value of the goods return - Shipping costs - original transaction fee.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. Prices are shown in EUR.

We offer free shipping for orders over 109 €.

Orders Over 0.500 kg are shipped with BG Post International parcel service or DPD.

We can offer and super fast DHL shipping (2-3 business days) upon request.

 After the completion of the purchase, send us a message or e-mail that you want delivery with DHL. You will receive a request for an additional payment. 

Additional payment for DHL Shipping is non-refundable.

If your shipment is not successfully delivered and is returned to us (with reason Unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be charged the shipping cost required to re-send the package. If you wish to refund your purchase you will receive the amount paid without the price of shipping and transaction fee.
