If at the time of purchase you have taken advantage of our offer for free delivery for purchases over 109 EUR, And then you decide to return some of the purchases, and the purchase value is less than 109 EUR. If your shipment is not successfully delivered and is returned back to us (with reason Unclaimed), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that you will be charged the shipping cost required to re-send the package.
